They were inexpensive so if they didn’t help, I wouldn’t be out a lot of money. I am soooooo pleased with these pillows! They are so soft and the case on the pillow is very comfortable as well. They are also not noisy. I hate it when you move your head and you can hear the scraping on a pillow. I did remove some of the foam for my comfort level. They are all right. I ordered them because I knew I could take some of the filling out if necessary, and possibly put it back in in the future. Unfortunately one, was defective and the outside cover zipper wasn't there. Luckily I saw so I cut it and then sewed it back up. They are worth the money.

Bought these, wife loved them, ordered two more. The second set were not the same as the first set. Second set are lumpy and not as stuffed as the first two and all I did was REORDER. I'll give three stars only for the first set.
