Just had this installed. Many nice things to say about it. It is quiet, cleans well, loads easily and has clear easy to use controls. It certainly cleans better than the Whirlpool it replaced and finishes quicker as well. In the showroom, the sales woman warned us that the unit does not dry well. She said after the cycle when you open up the machine you have to give the dishes 5 minutes or so to dry off completely. I thought that was strange but she didn't make it sound too bad so I purchased the unit. The first time I ran it, I did not use the Extra Drying feature. When the dishes were done, the inside of the door was wet. The dishes not too bad except for the bottom of the glasses which all had a pool of water. The next time I ran the machine I did use the extra drying feature. This time the door was dry and the glasses and mugs had a lot less water pooling or were dry. Its not perfect but better. It does add about 20 minutes to the cycle and uses more energy but the results are much more pleasing. ... show more
