It arrived broken. Chunks out of the edges. Something in the description it either didn't say, or maybe I missed it before buying... The entire inside of the wall is drywall or something similar. Then very thin material on the outside. The metal "trim" that comes with it, had some that came oddly bent. We had to return the entire thing. Did not order again. ... show more

Very securely packaged, arrived undamaged. I didn't have one square or plumb wall in my bathroom so I had to do a lot of fine trimming to get everything to fit right. Fortunately the panels aren't heavy. I used a portable jigsaw for the main cuts. Hole saw made very clean cuts. Very nice high gloss surface. The 5/16" thickness made it easy to apply over existing tiling. Once construction adhesive set, these panels made all 3 walls even more rigid. The panels eliminated a frustrating leak we had because of poor tile installation. Surface is easy to keep clean. I did need to order small T molding because of having to cut around window casing. ... show more

Turned out real nice. A few of the corners was damaged but luckily i had to trim those off to fit. I'm impressed how nice it looks. Glad i got this one instead of flexstone. Just be careful with it cause it's easy to damage the middle connection.

This is a really nice tub surround, the third and last I purchased. It was packaged well, so no damage. The seam in the middle on the long side of the tub surround is hardly noticeable and the marble pattern matches where the two panels meet. It looks great when installed!

Visually, very appealing. It LOOKS nice - until you look closer. Our product was damaged upon arrival. The box appeared intact, but nearly every piece had damage to it. Our contractor was able to kind of make it work, I guess. He trimmed off some of the damage where he could and added accent tile where he couldn't, but not sure how long it will last or if it will remain waterproof due to the damage. We had to go ahead and install so we had a functional shower, but I have a feeling this one won't last long which is a real bummer. I was super excited about this product and was hoping I could give a better review but the durability seems to prove otherwise. ... show more
