Needed a new one and bought this one on a whim. Best decision. It feels like cheap plastic, but it works fantastic and the water pressure is perfect. The hose is lightweight and easy to maneuver, wasn't expecting that considering the old one was a fight to adjust. I’m very privileged to be able to buy a luxury like this. The instal was simple. I ordered refills but it does come with beads that will last you 3-6 months. Definitely will enjoy showers more now that the previous shower head is gone, it was disgusting and had never been changed.

The pressure and options are amazing. My fiancé is also obsessed. Filter’s replacements are reasonable as well so it’s a win win. Only thing that could make it better is if it indicated when the filter needs changed. Yes it’s plastic but if you’re not super hard on it then it shouldn’t be an issue.

I love all of the settings and the size of the nozzle. I don't have to be in shower any longer then I have to be waiting for my shampoo and conditioner to rinse out - I have long hair. Now my husband likes to take long showers but since the shower head is so large, he runs out of hot water. We rent so we don't have a 30 gallon tank. There is a water saver little device to insert and I think we'll add that and see how it goes. But I just love it and I'm so happy that I bought it! I already sent the picture of it to my best friend and she said she was going to get one too, especially because the beads filter out the chlorine and bacteria that shower heads gather through time. The larger shower head does make such a wonderful difference, you will probably love it as much as I do. I would purchase it again and recommend it highly. ... show more
