This speaker was recommended to me by a family member. I purchased it because I wanted something that sounded decent and was portable. This offers much more than I expected. This speaker is much more than a speaker – it is a game changer. First of all, it sounds amazing for such a small package. I have been taking road trips with my kiddo and this speaker is great for listening to music on the go. My daughter needs to listen to calming music when sleeping. My phone speaker was not loud enough to block out all the noise – this speaker produces a louder and richer sound than my phone speaker, thus, blocking out all of those unwanted noises. Additionally, I find myself using it a lot when I am working in the kitchen. Since it is waterproof, I do not have to worry about getting it wet, unlike my phone that I was constantly moving around. Also, I am one who multi-tasks in the kitchen. I am constantly chatting on the phone. This speaker also has a microphone and works as a hands-free device. I can hear the person on the other end flawlessly, and I have been told that I sound like I am right next to them. I can keep my hands free and leave my phone safely in the other room. Finally, I find that I am starting to have issues hearing people on the phone. I constantly talk to people through the speaker part of my phone so that I can hear them better. Unfortunately, even when engaging my phone speaker, I am having issues hearing the other party. This speaker has changed my life. It connects to the phone through Bluetooth & it is loud enough that I can hear every word. I find myself using my phone with this speaker for my work meetings as well, instead of listening through my overworked computer. The computer can really slow down with my meetings and then when I talk, it sounds like I am in a tunnel. This speaker takes away the extra load on my computer and then allows me to have meaningful conversations with my team, instead of having to repeat myself over again. Sound quality is great and it looks better than I expected for the price - however - it doesn’t actually stick to the shower wall… though it comes with a suction cup (that I had no idea how to connect to the device for mounting).

The item is great! Skywing has easily and quickly become one of my favorite brands! This little speaker has great quality sound for a small Bluetooth speaker! The ease of use is as expected - simple turn on/off button that doubles to pair when held. The unit has great sound - around the speaker lights up! More than that, it also reacts to the beat of the music - this was an unexpected feature, as I didn’t read the full item description (full disclosure, I had just sort of picked the speaker on a whim to gift, and wound up keeping it for myself!). The battery life appear to be good so far - have had it blasting musing at fairly loud volume for the past few hours with zero issues ( will update based on usage). Overall, the unit is a great unit for the price! The sound quality is on par with other small portable speakers! The light up feature is cool - was a surprising feature as I had not read the item description in full. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I have another waterproof speaker I received in a fabfitfun box and it constantly disconnected and shut off. Seeing as I only use this in the shower it was a pain to keep drying my hands to mess with my phone and get it connected again. I’m not sure why I put up with it for the past few years but I decided to get this one and wow! It’s so much better. The sound is great, the bass is pretty decent. The lights are a bonus. The price was right. I can’t comment on the life of the battery yet as I listen to about 3-4 songs worth during a shower but I will give it some time and come back to update. For now I’d say to definitely get it while it’s this price. Update: It’s been a year now. I charge it about every 4 weeks. Still happy 😊 ... show more
