This speaker was recommended to me by a family member. I purchased it because I wanted something that sounded decent and was portable. This offers much more than I expected. This speaker is much more than a speaker – it is a game changer. First of all, it sounds amazing for such a small package. I have been taking road trips with my kiddo and this speaker is great for listening to music on the go. My daughter needs to listen to calming music when sleeping. My phone speaker was not loud enough to block out all the noise – this speaker produces a louder and richer sound than my phone speaker, thus, blocking out all of those unwanted noises. Additionally, I find myself using it a lot when I am working in the kitchen. Since it is waterproof, I do not have to worry about getting it wet, unlike my phone that I was constantly moving around. Also, I am one who multi-tasks in the kitchen. I am constantly chatting on the phone. This speaker also has a microphone and works as a hands-free device. I can hear the person on the other end flawlessly, and I have been told that I sound like I am right next to them. I can keep my hands free and leave my phone safely in the other room. Finally, I find that I am starting to have issues hearing people on the phone. I constantly talk to people through the speaker part of my phone so that I can hear them better. Unfortunately, even when engaging my phone speaker, I am having issues hearing the other party. This speaker has changed my life. It connects to the phone through Bluetooth & it is loud enough that I can hear every word. I find myself using my phone with this speaker for my work meetings as well, instead of listening through my overworked computer. The computer can really slow down with my meetings and then when I talk, it sounds like I am in a tunnel. This speaker takes away the extra load on my computer and then allows me to have meaningful conversations with my team, instead of having to repeat myself over again. This product worked fine for the first few months, then it stopped working. Every time I try to play something, it will automatically turn down the volume. It doesn’t matter what device or app that I utilize. It’s completely useless now, and right after the window for return expires.
