I didn’t care much for the bubble type bathtub mats so I decided to try something sturdier and modern and this was perfect…looks good and does not shift at all in the tub so very safe..the only recommendation is to put down a towel if you sit in tub as it is not comfortable to sit on as it was not intended for that purpose..very happy with purchase

Ordered this to use following a knee surgery procedure, and liked that the top of the mat has a great texture and is rubberized to grab your feet. However the suction cups on the mat are not strong enough to adhere it to the bathtub. It gradually slides toward the drain, and even worse if you shift your weight too quickly it will move under your feet. This mat is very dangerous for someone with limited mobility, at risk of falling, or post surgery! This thing is going straight into the trash.

This seems to be one of the safest bath mats that I’ve ever used. It might not feel as comfortable under your feet as the smooth ones, but I highly recommend it if you worry about someone slipping and/or falling in the tub.

This mat looked amazing in our shower. Beautiful and stylish. However be aware that mat is more rigid which leads the little suction cups underneath it to slide. I’m a senior and not as quick and agile as I use to be. As a result I’ve several near misses and two falls in the shower due to the mat sliding away from me. One fall left me a little bruised. A quality rubber shower mat that is cleaned regularly works better for us seniors. Even the most beautiful roses have thorns.
