This shower curtain was super easy to assemble. It uses a tension rod so no tools are required. The curtain itself is nice, thick, waterproof material. My favorite part are the rollerballs on the hook making it easy to move along the rod.

Set comes with everything you need to get your shower ready for use: rod, hooks, and curtain. Rod is 1" in diameter and is painted/coated (but doesn't seem to have a thicker coat like some rods), which hopefully is durable enough to avoid rust problems in the future. The included hooks glide easily on it, as do plastic c-hooks and a few other hooks I had lying around. Tension-type installation, with a twist-to-extend (actually spins freely if you hold it the correct way), although the tension spring doesn't seem to have as much 'travel' as other rods. Not sure if I like the screw-in end caps (versus push-on) and the caps have a small pad on the inside, which holds against the wall (versus a full-cap pad), which doesn't seem like it will hold up well. Hooks have balls at the large end that help to roll on the rod (although hard to tell if the balls actually spin when moving on the rod or just acts like a spacer). Nice colour (black) that matches the rod. Smaller end for the curtain to hang, with a spring-like closure. Curtain has a nice feel to it...water-resistant-y and sheds water adequately. Hook grommets have a metal reinforcement, versus standard holes, which is a thoughtful addition to the curtain and will help it from tearing. Curtain also has weights on the bottom, which keeps the curtain down and not billowing from pressure differences. Overall I like this kit. It's great for renters or rentals.

I've been using this rod in my main bathroom for 5 months and it hasn't budged. It was easy to twist and adjust to fit in my standard bathtub stall. This is a fantastic quality curtain rod and I do recommend it!

PROS: Very nice looking and stylish design. Well painted and well put together. It was beyond simple to install, just give it a few twists. The curtain hooks have balls on the top that make it slide smoothly. I'll say it again, the design is super nice, an intricate but classic black curtain rod with a simple white curtain included. Everything fits perfectly together and is easy to clamp and unclamp the hooks. CONS: I guess the shower curtain itself is on the short side, maybe. I don't really have any cons for this but wanted to give a full review incase it's relevant to some. You can say just lower the entire thing so it fits better but for some applications that isn't a possibility. Just wanted to throw that out there incase anyone wants to measure their application before buying. Overall, easily a 5/5. Looks super nice, works as intended, and gives a very elegant and classy look. The price is fair and overall I would definitely recommend this if you're looking for a new shower curtain. The price is fair and makes it a good purchase.

Positives: Sturdy Stays up very well Curtain blocks visibility but not too much light Good instructions Negatives: Included clips are a bit difficult to install. I ended up scratching the paint off of the rod in a few spots Review: I replaced an old set with this one, and this one just looks and functions so much better. While I had difficulty getting the clips on there well, once they were on they functioned amazingly. They have some beads at the top that help it roll along the bar without much friction, and you can use that to also keep the curtain closed better by hanging one on the lip at the end. Overall I highly recommend this! It's been great
