Love these rods! Very sturdy surprisingly. Tension and length is great. Because I put up in fairly small windows I didn’t use one of the bars included. But I like that I can extend length if used in a larger window. I also like the rubber on the ends for both slip resistance and protection of the wall/frame. I would definitely buy again and recommend if you want some good quality rods!

Purchased this for a bathroom remodel with new tile shower/tub walls. Thought this would be a temporary rod until I figured out the right rod to drill and mount through the tile. I've been surprised after 4 months how well this rod has held up. I'd rather not drill more holes in the shower tile. This rod looks good and will remain the "permanent" solution unless for some reason the spring strength starts to weaken and it falls down, but so far so good.

I love everything about this shower curtain rod. I have had other tension rods, but this is the first one that is incredibly sturdy. It comes in sections to be screwed together to suit your particular opening. I still have 2 sections leftover. The tension portion is shown in the first photo and totally contained in that end section. There is no twisting to extend the rod and no spring through the entire rod. This rod is so sturdy that it would also work very well as a clothing rod for your closet or laundry room. In fact I think I will order one for my laundry room to make it easier to just hang clothes as I pull them out of the dryer. Pricing is soo good and shipping was fast and well packaged. I will write another review after getting one for my laundry room.

The pieces of the rod do not screw together well not so the way. It says it will hold up to 40lbs, but starts to slip after just a small amount of pressure. I have other ones that are only rated for 20lbs ( the upper rod in the photos) that do a significantly better job. I bought these to hang garland on for the holidays, but fear it will come crashing down. If I could actually get them back apart (each thread is about half way screwed in can't get it the rest of the way or undone) I would send them back. Waste of money!
