I play a lot of PC games, and I'm always on the lookout for inexpensive PC controllers. When I saw this SHINXIN 2 pack of PS4 controllers that advertised that they were also PC compatible, I thought I'd give them a try. The controllers are a step down, quality-wise, from first party controllers, at least as far as the feel of the materials. But that isn't to say these controllers don't feel solid -- they do. They are light-weight, probably lighter than similar first-party PS4 controllers, but they feel good in my hands, and I didn't have trouble finding any of the joysticks, buttons, or triggers. The controller also felt extremely responsive. However, this might be due to the main issue I had with these controllers. I attempted to connect these controllers via Bluetooth to my Windows 11 PC. My PC is a mid-level HP gaming computer, and I simply couldn't it to identify, let alone connect, with these controllers. I'm not sure if this was my fault, or a problem with the controllers, but it didn't work. I haven't had problems with other controllers that advertised PC compatibility, so I'm not sure what to make of this. However, the reason I'm deducting one star for this is because there were no instructions talking about connecting to the PC. This wouldn't be an issue if they didn't advertise PC compatibility, but they did. And to not back that up with any sort of documentation support is very disappointing. That said, using a wired USB connection (USB-A to my PC and USB-C to the controller) worked fine, and I had no problems playing several rounds of Fortnite with this controller. Price-wise, these controllers are a good deal. They are definitely on the low end of price for a 2-pack of PS4 compatible controllers, and given their solid build, they are definitely worth the small price. While I'm still not happy with the difficulty of getting PC wireless connectivity working, I'm very happy with these controllers.

SHINXIN 2 Pack Wireless Controller Compatible with PS4 I recently got into gaming, mostly to connect more with my son and my grandchildren. I setup an old computer with a nice GPU and mostly run Steam games with it. I needed a couple of inexpensive controllers that the grandkids could use and I wouldn’t worry if they dropped them or damaged them. These Shinxin PS4 controllers really fit the bill. Note, these are not high-end controllers like the factory Sony controllers, but they are fully functional and are a fraction of the cost. The colors are bright and my grandson loves the blue and granddaughter loves the green — there was no fighting and I was pleased. I connected the via Bluetooth to my Apple TV, from which I stream games from my Steam computer using the Moonlight app on the Apple TV and Sunshine app on the remote computer. The controllers paired well with the Apple TV, although there is a warning that says they might interfere with WiFi or Bluetooth, which turned out not to be the case. I had purchased a set of cheap Xbox controllers that actually did interfere with the Apple TV remote, so I returned them. The battery life exceeded our two hour gaming session, so I am not sure of how long they will actually last. They have a 3.5mm headphone jack on them in case you want to have the audio streamed to the controller, saving you from running another cable. I also tried them via USB directly to my gaming machine and that worked as designed. The controllers report as a PS4 controller and they worked well with my Steam gaming rig. All in all, I give these controllers a two thumbs up! They are a great bang for the buck, work well, BT was not dropping out, and also work as wired controllers. These are great for PC gaming and I do recommend them.

These controllers look and feel just like real PS4 controllers. They hold a charge very well after being charged. Unfortunately, the instructions are not very good as they simply recommend following the instructions of the system you are connecting them to. The controllers connected easily to my PC but they only work with some of my games and not all of them.
