I have bought twice from this seller, Fishermen's Source, they send you a used reel, which looks new and you are paying for a new reel. It happened on the Walmart app and on Amazon, on Amazon I bought a shimano twin power fd it looked new but Very strong, my STRADIC spins better than the twin power fd, it is crazy, at Walmart I bought a penn slammer 4 xd from them and it is clear that the screws were forced, why open a new reel, be careful with this seller. ... show more

Very nice and smooth operating reel. I got the C5000 model which is really a 4000 with a larger handle knob and a little more line capacity on the spool. Used it a few time with no complaints.
