Description

Shimano's Talica Two-Speed Lever Drag Reels are their response to recent powerful 2-speed reels. They've merged the power and gearing of Torsa reels with the castability of Trinidad reels, creating an exceptional saltwater series. These reels are incredibly powerful, cast far, and have a 2-speed feature. They're ultra-smooth and a joy to fish. Oversized carbon drag washers provide 20-40 lbs of drag, and Shimano's internals are top-notch. The Talica boasts an E.I. surface treatment for ultimate corrosion protection, an aluminum body, sideplate, and spool, seven ball bearings, a waterproof drag, and a comfortable oversized handle. Don't compromise with a lesser reel. For performance, reliability, and a great fishing experience, choose a Shimano Talica reel.

Get It
Model: TAC20II
If you can afford one of these you must buy it. I have the 20 paired up with a 2x rod for bluefin. The drag is scary smooth, its free spool is great for casting and its just super smooth and built.
