I’m not a big freshwater angler so I’ve been using the reel inshore saltwater fishing in SoCal. Excellant ergonimics. Great casting reel. Smooth drags. Plenty of power to tackle larger fish. Caught this nice yellowtail on 20 lb test.

This was supposed to be the last reel I ever bought. It fell apart like The Blue's Brother's car. The side door popped open and would never close again. Thankfully Shimano took it back and gave me a credit for it. I used the credit on the Tranx that has been awesome.
