This pillow comes tightened down but starts to puff up once opened. It reached its max size maybe 48 hours after opening. It's very soft with shredded memory foam inside that you can shift and nudge around to fit your sleeping position. I tried it but found it too fluffy and was going to remove some of the filling when I got the idea to let my husband use it to address his head and neck pain. He remarked after day 2 of sleeping on it that his neck hurt less. After a week, he really noticed a difference and wondered aloud if it was the pillow. It's been almost 2 months and this pillow is still very fluffy and full. He loves it. I would have liked it if I'd taken out some of the stuffing, but that is what makes this a good product: it's versatile.

These are by far the most comfortable down pillows I've ever slept on. They are fluffy, supportive and soft. They're the perfect medium firmness with just the right amount of support, and they don't flatten out, even after an entire night of sleeping on them. Every other down pillow I've used starts out great when you first lie down, but by the morning they're always flattened. These hold up and keep their fluffy support through the entire night and beyond. I'm intrigued that the tag says they're washable. I'm not gonna lie, I'm a little nervous about throwing a down pillow into the washing machine so I'm not super eager to test that out. But that being said, if they get to the point that they need to be washed, I'd probably be willing to give it a try instead of just tossing them out considering their price. I'd like them to last as long as possible, especially because they're so comfortable!

I love the softness, yet firmness of this pillow. It was just what I needed as my old pillow was becoming quite flat. This pillow is very well made, soft, durable. It's perfect for side sleepers or back sleepers. It provides the right amount of neck support. Very satisfied with this purchase.

I have been sleeping on this pillow for over a week and it is really comfortable! The pillow is soft but supportive, perfect for me since I like to sleep with two pillows. This one is a great support pillow. It did have a slight chemical smell when I first opened it, but it went away after I let it air out for a few hours. I'd recommend this pillow for anyone looking for a good memory foam pillow, especially if you're a side sleeper. The pillow is a great size, bigger than my typical pillow which I really like.

This pillow didn’t disappoint after it expanded to its actual size. I love how you’re able to remove some of the foam if you don’t need them and can adjust the filling to your comfort level. I was able to have a good night’s rest without any back pain. It was vacuum sealed in a plastic bag so looks could be deceiving and it definitely helped with me getting the kinks out of my body. It was a great value for the price, I highly recommend getting one of these pillows and you won’t regret it one bit. 10/10!!!
