  • You get what you paid for
Size: 10' x 10' x 8
Bought this for a shelter for goats and they use it. Keeps the weather off them and their feed. I put it together myself but needed help to pout the top cover on.

  • Not happy wigh the purchase.
Size: 12' x 12' x 8'
It was up less than 24 hours and even after all 4 anchors were down it moved itself in the wind and tore. I am so grateful my animals weren't in it. It took four hours to put together and took no time to be destroyed. The fabric isnt as firm as it looks in the photos.

  • Costly and unimpressed with the quality
Size: 12' x 20' x 8'
I was optimistic and sorely dissapointed so far. It lasted a whole three days before the cover started to tear at all four points where the black straps comes out on the bottom corners that you connect the ratchets too. For the price I would have absolutely expected a higher quality material. This was a big investment and I’m hoping to get a few seasons out of it but it’s not looking promising. Assembly was relatively straight forward. Took four people (3 adults and one 13 year old) roughly 4 hours to put it up. Giving additonal cover for 3 mares in their own pasture. Will hopefully move over to their summer time pasture to allow for shade and cover if it lasts that long. ... show more

  • Worth the purchase
Size: 12' x 12' x 8'
The stall was easy to put up, except when it's windy. It's seems sturdy and is accomplishing what we needed which was additional cover for our horse while eating..

  • Ok for a somewhat budget soft shed
Size: 10' x 10' x 8
Got this to make a dry storage area in the back yard. Assembly was fairly straightforward and I was able to do most of it myself, though a second pair of hands did help massively for getting the cover on and standing the frame up properly. The instructions could have been better, but it was not too hard to figure things out. One thing that stood out was the tie connection/mounting points were not well reinforced (not terrible, but I expected more considering the amount of material they need to hold). The ties themselves are holding well so far, but I can see this being an issue long term if you plan to use it in an area prone to high wind, heavy rain/snow or other harsh weather. That said so far it is holding up just fine in my wind-sheltered backyard even after several light rainstorms with no leaks or other signs of degradation. It is also very stable despite only being anchored on 3 legs at the moment, but I doubt that will remain the case in a high wind area. Overall if you need a soft shed in a moderate climate this thing is a safe bet, but you might need to look for something tougher (and more expensive) if you need something that survives in constant heavy storms for years. ... show more

  • We'll see how it holds up
Size: 12' x 12' x 8'
IDK, we'll see how it holds up. Seems kind of cheap and I guess it was. $400 doesn't buy what it use to. Made in China, no lock washers or lock nuts and tubes go oblong if you really tighten the nuts down. Assembly isn't too difficult for 2 people but instructions could be more specfic. I think it will serve the purpose of keeping the snow off of my plow tractor but I don't imagine it'll be for multi-year use. We'll see? ... show more

  • really sturdy and well made shelter
Size: 10' x 10' x 8
This is a really fantastic shelter! Although this is listed as a 10'x10' shelter, it says under the dimensions details that it is only 8'x8'. I measured after assembly and can confirm it is actually 10'x10' (and 8' tall). The shelter is really well made with very sturdy poles that are all attached together with bolts and nuts. I live in an area that gets very windy so it is important for tents like this to be well secured - I've had issues with other brand tents where the poles came apart and flew up and away in a wind storm. Since these are secured at every junction, that simply can't happen. Not only that but the poles are very thick and sturdy and they're tightly snugged together even before installing the bolts. Set up was pretty easy and you can do it with one person but I highly recommend two people. The tarp cover is thick and I expect to get at least a few years out of it. Fortunately ShelterLogic offers replacement covers for all their tents so whenever it does go I can get a new one - I expect the frame to last forever. It is a really good size, large enough to hold a riding lawnmower plus a bunch of other tools. It would also be a good size for a few goats or sheep if you wanted to use it for a livestock shelter. It is very functional and could be used for a lot of different things on a farm. Overall we are super impressed with the quality of this shelter and expect it to last us for many years. It is not cheap but it is still very much a good value for the quality you are getting. ... show more
