The waist rushing is slimming, the top has good support with a little lift, the skirt is full and prett, just skims the bottom, and the underneath brief is like a little boyshort - just enough coverage. I have an athletic build and the swimsuit still has a very feminine curvy look on, which is good for me. I got it in purple and the color is vibrant. This is a great suit, I bought an Xtra small for my 13 year old who is short for her age and very slender, a small for my 11 year old who's slightly taller than her sister and medium build, when i saw how good they both looked I wanted one for myself. Pretty much what the title says. I bought this a few months ago. It's lightweight, fits well, and is comfortable. I also got some compliments on how pretty it is. Bonus - because it's lightweight it dries fairly quickly.

I LOVE this suit. I ordered my usual size and it fits perfectly. It's very comfortable to swim in, the foam pads in the boobs stay put., and the straps are perfect. It is very flattering. I love the boy shorts. I know that some reviews mentioned that this fabric fades quickly, but I don't care if it does, when it looks and feels as good as this one. BUY THIS SWIM SUIT! I LOVE mine. I haven’t bought a swimsuit in a decade. At my last family reunion, I went kayaking in yoga pants. I decided to take the plunge this time, and order a suit on-line. After reading reviews for days, I settled on this, and boy am I glad! PROS: I have a long torso. This suit fit very well, didn’t ride up my booty. Suit give good bust support, which I need. My shape is really weird 36D bust 30” waist 35” hips 5’7”, 120 to 125 lb Age: senior citizen/granny Suits that fit bust are usually too loose in legs. This style is very accommodating. I suspect it would be flexible for many shapes. I am older than dirt, and wanted modest coverage, but still wanted to be ‘cute’. Okay, ignore my wrinkles and pasty complexion. This suit makes me feel attractive and my DH gave it two thumbs up. The gathering top and flowing skirt give me the appearance of a waist AND, Cover my tummy and mort importantly my not so great booty. CONS I have to read up on how to set the colors, so they don’t fade in chlorine. Several people said colors ran or faded. I want to avoid that The boy shorts underneath are loose/baggy, but the skirt covers that. Narrow hips are hard to fit. I may update this review after actually wearing it in water. ... show more

The SHEKINI V-neck one-piece skirt swimsuit has a lovely design and nice fabric, but unfortunately it didn’t flatter my body shape. Quality is fine, yet the fit just wasn’t right for me.

    • BEST. BATHING SUIT. EVER.

No joke, this is the best bathing suit I've ever purchased in my entire life!!! I never write reviews, but feel compelled in this case. I purchased a size SMALL. I'm 35 year old, 5'4" and ~145 lbs. I have a large chest and can never find bras that fit, much less are supportive. I have two kids. This bathing suit, actually supports my breasts and doesn't hurt my shoulders. It's more comfortable than a bra. The folds around the abs, make my stomach almost look flat. This bathing suit has been a game changer for the pool and beach. I have never felt comfortable in a bathing suit. I have spent my life avoiding the pool or beach. I'd always have shirt on, or would wear a sports bra as a bathing suit, which wasn't every comfortable. I could never understand how ANYONE would feel comfortable enough to walk around in bathing suit.....until I got this bathing suit. I have literally put in on, and walked down to the beach with just the bathing suit on. I can go for walks on the beach or hang out at the pool and feel great. No more hiding under clothes, or dealing with the pain of sports bra. I was not in any way compensated or even asked to write this review. Though I totally wouldn't mind if I got a discount on a future purchase ;) I just REALLY like the bathing suit, and wanted to share with other women in case it would give others the confidence and comfort it gave me. ... show more
