I ordered these for under my scrubs, and they're perfect. I am 5'7 145 lbs, and the small fits me. It isn't too tight in the waist (would have liked that for under t-shirts), but it's very comfortable, and the sleeves and length are longer than others I have ordered.

fit is ok but I made the mistake of thinking it was pink which is the color I wanted and looked the picture instead of reading the name of the color. The picture looks like a beautiful pink but is actually kinda of a salmon color. I may send it back and look for a pink to go with my outfit.

I live in Wisconsin and have tried many brands of long underwear over my lifetime. I am 5'9 weigh 130 the med top and small pants fit me perfectly the sleeves and legs are long enough. In the past I would have to buy men's long underwear to have long enough pants and sleeves. These are so so soft.
