I like this skirt. I am not sure how I feel about it being a bit more form fitting. The band is a thin elastic, and so it will not sit on your hips if that is what you want, it will slide up and force itself on your natural waist. It is a bit tight and uncomfortable around the waist if worn for a long time, because the elastic is thin. As for the length, so many reviews were saying the skirt is so long they can bring the skirt up to their breasts and it still be long enough...I am not sure if the company fixed that issue or not, but this XL skirt absolutely would not be pulled up and still be long. It comes just past my knees, and then when I sit I can pull it past my knees. I am keeping the skirt, I do like the pattern, the white skirt with black stripes is cute, and seems to be thick enough that I am not sure I would have to wear a slip. ... show more

I kept it because I think I got it on a lightning deal for around $6 but I still haven’t even worn it and don’t know when I will. I’ve had it for a few months. I didn’t want to waste my time to return it, or I would have.

I really like this skirt. It’s the right stretch, not sheer and it looks great with anything. I am 5 foot 8, between 28 and 29 inch waist but my hips are a little bigger. I ordered a large and it fits fine.
