I decided to try this product because the fragrance free Aveeno I’ve been using for years is hard to come buy these days. I thought this product might be more moisturizing because it’s made with Shea and that it would be safe for my skin because it’s fragrance free, however this made my back break out in eczema and burned the skin in some of my “sensitive areas”, pretty sure it almost gave me a UTI. It also didn’t make my body feel as clean as Aveeno. Avoid this if you have sensitive skin, try the fragrance free Aveeno. ... show more

    • Like the product, poor quality control.
Like the product. Ordered 3 bottles. 2 came with the caps nearly off and leaked out. Scraped the stuff back in the bottle as well as I could. Only 2 came with the pump, one was missing. Neither of the pumps work. Poor Quality Control. How do I go about getting replacement pumps?

    • Great Product, but Bad Packaging
This body wash is great, however, during transport, the cap came unscrewed, spilling some of the body wash into the packaging. For the price, the manufacturer should start putting a seal on the mouth of the bottle.

When I received the package the lid was almost all the way off and it had leaked. I thought the scent would be a bit stronger but wasn’t. It’s not super moisturizing either. It is however gentle on your skin.

The product itself is okay, but I returned this because I recently started using an app that shows the toxic ingredients and rates the product. This has a 43/100 rating and contains Benzyl Salicylate which is a fragrance substance that is a suspected endocrine disruptor.

I love the smell of this. I have to review the ingredients again but if they are safe for babies, when I end up having them, I am finding this product again to use on them (and myself)! It makes my skin feel so soft.

    • Not as good as cream washes
You get a big bottle but if you have dry skin and are looking for something to replace a cream wash or shower oil this isn't it. My skin is still dry after using it (though it is better than a standard shower gel). It's unscented but has a smell of something almost sweet. May be the Shea butter. I bought this as a replacement for the Cera ve cream wash as I can't find it anywhere but it did not do the job so I got a shower oil instead. ... show more
