I needed something to mark dog tags to use as cage tags and remembered these from years ago. Luckily I also remembered how you have to push them up and down on cardboard etc to prime the tips or I would have thought they were broken. PROS: Super happy having permanent paint pens for marking travel gear. Uploaded two pictures. When using three coats are perfect, with dark cloth first layer is absorbed. Very easy to use. Shake and depress the tip against object painting until paint starts flowing. You get two or more uses as two pens are provided. They are the closest thing I could find to the old grease paint pens we used in the military to mark our uniforms and other things. CONS: Some more descriptive directions would be helpful, specifically about tip maintenance and how to use although I've covered the main flaw above, you need to depress tip to get the paint flowing after fully shaking the body of the pen. Pen is so light a person like me might think it is empty. It wasn't thankfully. Yes I'd buy these again and recommend to friends and family. bdv ... show more

Ive used these paint markers in my garage for 15yrs or more. Last yr I bought these & they only lasted a short time. This time they barely worked from the start, these paint markers suck now. I finally tossed these in the trash & just sprayed white paint in a plastic cup & used a small Testors style paint brush to finish the job at hand. Rediculous! Read all the details' you'll see they're listed as "non-returnable" so once they have your ca$h they're done with you! Not much for customer satisfaction huh? I ditched reg sharpie markers over 3yrs ago because there's much better markers on the market today. The few places I've always purchased from locally no longer sells any sharpie products, they most likely lost faith in Sharpie after complaints Id guess? Seems all Sharpie offers customers is Poor business practices & pizz poor products these days. Just as their reg markers have done, these have also changed in quality, never again! ... show more
