I would never use this cleaner on my reclaimed hardwood floors. I did use the VacMop on other floors with this cleaner. It worked ok for a while. The pads fold in half when wet and are useless. This could easily be fixed by adding an attachment to the back half of the pad. However the whole VacMop quit working after less than 2 mos. I used it only about 1 time per week. I love this mopping solution. It makes cleaning my floors easy, peazy. I was however, very disappointed by the packaging of this order as it grossly affected the use of the mopping solution. The tops of both bottles that I ordered were badly smashed, very obviously so they would fit into an otherwise too small box. One bottled leaked. The remaining contents from both bottles had to be poured into other containers. The smashed bottles were no longer able to pour in a safe manner without spilling the contents. That fact negatively impacted use of the product as a reliable and handy mopping solution. I would buy this product again but maybe not through an online delivery service. Bottle was crushed at the top and indented handles were half popped out from the pressure on top. When I opened the seal under the lid, it sprayed everywhere, all over my kitchen and items in the dining room. After cleaning up the "mess", I read the label and realized this was for Hardwood floors and I needed this for my tile floors covering a large part of my home.😂😂 At least it smells nice!! Amazon packed another box from another vendor and this bottle in one larger box with nothing solid to keep bottle fully protected! ... show more

I have had robot vacs for over 7 years now and always thought that plain water was not the best way to "clean" my hardwood floors. I say this producty from Shark and thought $10 was not a lot of investment to see if this would work better. I'm impressed - it cleans very good and leaves a nice lemon scent. I'm not sure if I will continue to use this product now that I know there are other liquids out there - but - so far, this one is on top of the list. ... show more

If you want to know what chemicals are in it you have to go to their website. I consider this to be pretty irresponsible. Not only from a danger perspective but also for allergens. If you accidently splash it in your eyes and need poison control, you have to go to their website. If you have a friend visiting who might be allergic, you have to go to their website. No, I don't want to go through your advertising BS to find out what potentially harmful chemicals are in what I already bought. The citrus scent is faint, more chemical than lemon.
