I ordered this because the photo in the description shows the exact tool that I currently own, a Shark Pet Power Brush, exactly like the one I received with my Shark vacuum. What I received was a Shark Pet Power Brush, but it is not like the one in the photo and not the one I received with my vacuum. There are small, but distinct differences. There are notches cut out on the clear plastic where it attaches to the vacuum hose. It is significantly more difficult to take apart and clean - if not impossible. There is messaging missing (this does not impact the usage, but does backup the fact that they are indeed different models). The suction is also dramatically different. The new different brush has significantly less suction and it takes more time to clean my dogs' beds and rugs. I would simply send it back, but there is not an option to do that.
