I love this stuff and I’m so glad I found it. It smells awesome to us. It’s a mild clean fragrance that is much more preferable to dog smell on furniture. It dries quickly which I also appreciate, because we are back to sitting on our sectional in no time. I also use it on throw pillows to freshen them up and on giant sized plushies. We have more than a few huge plushies that won’t fit in the washing machine and now we have the perfect cleaner for them. I have mixed feelings about this product... I have a puppy that is still being potty trained and decides every now and then how she wants to pee whenever and wherever she wants on my fully carpeted apartment. Okay thats cool and all, but I am not a huge fan of getting down on my knees and scrubbing the living mess out of my carpet to avoid white stains from this product. Great news though, my house does not smell like pee but STILL please invest in a vacuum shampoo cleaner because honestly who wants to get down and dirty and use this as a primary cleaner every time your dog has a care-free attitude! This is an emergency cleaner until you do the weekly or biweekly maintenance with the shampoo cleaner. My suggestion is to take the L on a more expensive vacuum that holds more water. My first purchase was a cheap one and I literally had to stop and drain the dirty water every 10 strokes! Not fun at all... ... show more

This is problem when buying in bulk, one can doesn’t spray. Do I return all and reorder or throw the bad one away and use the three that work? I ended up keeping the good ones but that drives the price up.

I contacted Bissell and found out that you have to turn the head a bit to the left and then push the button. Then it works. I still haven't used it, but I expect it will be fine.

I have used this since 2006 and still keep Going back even after trying at least 10 other products. It is immediate when getting out stains. And a plus is it’s easy, my kids clean up stains because it is fun to see the foam and easy to press. I would recommend for someone who can’t squeeze a spray bottle as well. ... show more
