I bought this a while ago, plugged it in and turned it on. I run it 24 seven on medium fan speed and I didn’t know how good it was doing until we had a power failure and it did not restart. After a few days, my wife started saying did you turn the air cleaner off because there’s a lot more dust in the air. I’m a little bit of a slob so I didn’t really notice. I turned it back on medium speed and lo and behold, I noticed a difference in the quality of air, it was cleaner. It was a noticeable difference. None of those little things flying around when the sun shines in the window and you can see them, they’re all gone. The filters are extremely easy to clean. You can spray them off with your water nozzle on your sink or I clean them off with the vacuum cleaner and a brush that way I don’t have to wait for him to dry. It is really pretty quiet and I would definitely buy this again and recommend it to anyone. I did not use the scent that came with it. I just wanted to clean the air and not perfume it. I recently picked up the Shark Air Purifier with the NeverChange HEPA Air Filter, and I have to say, I’m really impressed. If you’re someone who’s dealing with allergies, pets, or just wants cleaner air in general, this thing is a game-changer. The design is sleek and modern, which I love because it doesn’t stick out like a sore thumb in my living space. The 1300 sq. ft. coverage is perfect for my open-concept home—no more stuffy air in one room while the rest feels fine. I’ve definitely noticed a drop in dust, pet dander, and even cooking odors since I started using it, which is a huge win. What I really appreciate is the NeverChange HEPA filter. It’s so efficient at grabbing those tiny particles that I don’t have to worry about replacing filters all the time. I didn’t realize how much of a hassle that was until I didn’t have to do it anymore. The purifier also runs pretty quietly, even on higher settings, which makes it easy to sleep with it on. A noticeable difference that we bought 2!

After reading the reviews of SEVERAL air purifiers on the market I chose this SHARK Never Change unit primarily due to the reusable side filters and the projected 5-year HEPA filter. We like it so much we bought this one in grey/black and moved our white unit to our basement. Right out of the box we set the unit on Auto Mode and it started out at Blue 96%. Whisper quiet it took approximately 45 mins for the display to show Blue 100%. Very much appreciate the almost completely silent operation and the choices of Bright, Dim or No illumination for the readout. Was skeptical at first whether it was doing anything but it does change from 100% to 95% depending on if our 3 Bernese Mountain dogs are walking past or playing near it or if an outside door opens etc. I believe the 1300 sq ft to be fairly accurate as we have ours in our "Great Room" with 30' ceilings on our main floor. It seems to be drawing in from our Master bedroom, study and sitting room. We have noticed a visible difference in dust for sure! We have a lot of black shelves and tables and the lack of normal dust was more than noticeable after two days. Can't make any guarantees that you'll never dust again, but you won't need to as much. I highly recommend trying this air purifier out for yourself. We had been researching buying one for over a year and the biggest drawback is the price of replacement filters which seem to need to be changed every 3 months. Not cost effective. This unit utilizes 3 filters with the two side filters easily removable for quick cleaning. These filters will capture dog fur or any large airborne debris which helps the HEPA filter do it's job. The Fragrance Pod is exactly the same as in our SHARK vacuum. Very light and not overbearing. There are also several HEPA filters that can be used to replace the original 5-year filter from SHARK or on Amazon. I highly recommend this unit for yourself.

Great product

I love the shark air purifier. When I light a candle it registers that small amount of smoke and takes care of it. It’s nice knowing I have clean air in the house. What would be cool is to add a C02 detector in this as well.

Good purifier

It works and does what it's supposed to, I can definitely tell a difference in the air quality. It worked great for the first month or so but then started to get a red ring and stop working which means I have to clean the sensor and it'll start working again. This normally wouldn't be much of an issue but it happens at least every day to every other day which can be annoying; sometimes I have to do it more than once in a day.

Does exactly what it says it will do. Extremely sensitive to even the slightest changes in air quality. It’s large but it does the job. I am grateful for “sleep mode.” It is in my bedroom so the bright light would have definitely kept me awake.

We’ve been very pleased with this purchase. We use it on auto mode and it turns on and ramps up speeds based on demand. Our dust and allergies have been much improved since the arrival of the Shark Air purifier. Additionally less odors in the home. It is whisper quite on low modes but the sound is very noticeable when it ramps up to high mode and the air quality is poor (usually when we cook something a bit odorous, opening doors at night in winter with chimney smoke from neighbors or blowing out our 3 wick candles). It seems to take care of our downstairs area. We’ve since purchased smaller units for the bedrooms.
