Great tree. The lights were harder to put together than we anticipated because each section connects to the other and the connectors are hard to find, so it is best to start with the bottom, find the light connectors and then do the same with the middle section of the tree. Once you find all the connectors the lights DO work. Those who left 1-stars were not connecting the lights correctly. It is the only complicated part about theis tree. But once we assembled and got all the lights connectors together the tree and the lights worked and it is beautiful. It is a nice, full tree. But you do have to spread the branches out to reduce gaps between the sections.

Absolutely beautiful tree, it was easy to put up and we didn't have to spend much time fluffing it at all. Its nice and full, it is a bit heavy but its a big tree. The pre-wired lights mention a white twinkle which there is an option for but mine flash red and not white. I messaged support and they sent me a new light kit but no remote. Haven't tried to switch them yet to see if the remote i have works with the new set. Overall extremely happy with the tree, we purchased during a prime deal before halloween and decided to put it up and decorate it for spooky season and have switched since its closer to Christmas, either way this tree is stunning and worth the purchase.

Horrible tree. You have to be a magician to decorate it. When you open it looks nice. Then you realize it is empty inside. Also the branches where you can hang the ornament are too short. I requested a return as soon as I set it up and the seller never responded. I have to fill it with artificial branches, that have better quality than the tree, to cover the holes. Waste of money. Not recommended.

This tree is beautiful. It has different needles and even has pine cones. The remote and all the different lighting features is amazing. Had an issue with lights on a section and customer service sent out new lights.

Very full and lush looking tree after it is "fluffed". The numerous light combinations let you change the look so you won't get bored with it. Another nice feature is the built in timer which can be set for 4-6 hours. The only drawback us the remote is a bit intimidating, but once we figured it out it was fine

Over all it is a nice tree, very bushy and the pine cones are a nice touch. The only criticism I could offer is that the tree isn’t as full as it looks online.

It was well enjoyed during Christmas. Fun to be able to changing the light colors. Very easy set-up. The price was so much cheaper for what you can get in a store.

If I could give negative stars I would. Absolutely awful customer service all around. The tree itself is very nice, but the lights don't work. I've been given the run around with SHareconn customer service and Amazon to try to return it, but have had no luck. Do not buy!
