I received my blender and the bottom of the blender base was leaking. I made a ticket to replace my blender and I had it 2 days later. This blender is just what we were needing, and plus some. I was needing something that could crush ice and frozen fruit. This blender does this very well. Blending ice is a very noisy process but is still not as noisy as others I’ve had. It’s easy to use and I can also make smoothies for 2 in 1 go. The blender base unscrews from the glass pitcher for easy washing. Mine comes with a mini blender too and when I needed to make only 1 smoothie, it was perfect. It has it own base, works much better than any other product I’ve used. When you’re done blending with this one, you unscrew the base and replace it with your cup lid and you’re good to go. I’m happy I only exchanged this item since it is perfect for my needs and wants. My personal opinion, this product was way underpriced.

I had a cheap Walmart blender and my 17 yo son has gotten into making smoothies. That one would just run and not break up the ice. (It was new). So I did some research and economically this one was chosen. And happy to say it works great for crushing up the ice. There are two different blades you can use depending what you’re using it for. I’d say a really good deal!

So initially I really loved this blender but I purchased it in May and it’s already completely broken by early July and frankly I’m devastated. I’m on an extremely tight budget (as is mostly everyone nowadays), so spending money on a blender was a big splurge for me, but i justified it because it’s something I use almost daily. First, after about 1 month the knob broke off and would cause issues with locking the cup in and not being able to get it out, or the knob snapping off repeatedly while trying to blend my smoothies, and then finally the knob came off again this morning except this time it’s permanently locked the cup into the base of the blender and no matter what I tried I could not get the cup out. It ended up spilling the contents of the cup everywhere and I still couldn’t get the lid of the cup out of the base of the blender and I ended up cutting the palm of my hand pretty badly in the process. I’m going to be calling them today and hopefully they make it right, but unfortunately I’m just past the return date so I’m not particularly hopeful. Although I’ll absolutely update this review after I contact them. But as of right now I absolutely would not recommend this blender, buy something better that will last more then a couple of months.
