This SNATCHES my waist!!! I’ve only had it for a few days, but WOW wearing it makes me look soooo curvy. I naturally have some curves, but not like THIS! The material feels very durable and sturdy. It’s very comfortable, the only this is that the top part is a little itchy, mainly because of the zipper, but it’s not unbearable. I don’t sweat in it as much as I thought I would, which is good, and it’s not too hot to wear. I typically wear a size small/medium in shirts and I ordered a size medium in this. It fits great! I would say go with the size you think you are rather than sizing down. Maybe I could have sized down, but I think the fit is really good and I can actually breathe 😅. Here are my measurements for those worried about size: Waist: 32 in High hip/hip: 40/41 I haven’t worn it long enough to see results without it on, but I’m sure there will be once I wear it longer! I will also say. The ribbing is visible through shirts, but if you don’t mind that then it doesn’t matter too much! After having 4 kids and 3 C-sections my lower stomach is more pronounced now than ever before. Especially after gaining more weight lately. This waist trainer flattened my stomach and allows me to wear outfits that I haven't been able to wear in the last 6 months. I absolutely love the hourglass look it gives me. My husband gives me more compliments too. It gives me back my confidence and allows me to show off my assets without worrying about my stomach sticking out. I weigh 150 and I'm 5'2" I got a medium and it fits perfectly. I think that it was really good. I got a medium. And it was kind of hard for me to put on because it was really tight, but I was still able to put it on so that was very impressive and I am 5 foot three I weigh 180 pounds. I carry a lot of my weight on my legs and my butt and I am just a natural body I don’t have anything done to my body. I’ve been working out lately. I’ve always had a little bit of a smaller waist. I feel like where my hips come out. I feel like I wish that the plastic pieces that are in there were a little bit stronger, but rather than that, I feel like it really hugs me and I’d still feel like I can breathe. I still feel good. I think definitely more for standing and not for like sitting when I was driving in the truck right now. I felt like I had to sit very very very very, very straight up like with my shoulders up as well, but like it feels good like it really does and looking at myself being able to fit into this feels amazing so .. ... show more

this waist trainer is amazing super excited to see my results but my only complaint is that they run super small so if you are going to purchase one of these make sure you get a bigger size, i had to return my small for a bigger size

I was surprised that at the price, this waist trainer's quality is great. Nicely constructed and the zipper goes on and off smoothly. I like how it comes lower on the front and gives me compression on my little pooch. It's also higher on the back, which helped the back fat not show so much. This waist trainer also helped me with my posture. And the way it made my waist look...Wow! I haven't seen my waist so tiny since I was a teen. Although I have all these nice things to say, I only gave it 3 stars because it gave me a rash. While I was wearing it, I was fine. I didn't feel anything. But when I took it off, there were rashes on the sides of my stomach which started to itch really bad. I had to rub some alcohol on it and put hydrocortison cream to help. I really wanted to keep using it, but no way I would put myself through that type of itch on a daily basis. Maybe there's another one out there better for me, but this one ain't it! ... show more

I gain all my weight in my belly and it looks terrible. I have tried so many different shapers but this one is my favorite so far. It is surprisingly comfortable and contours my belly so it doesn't stick out. I am 5ft 1 and 168lbs and I got a xl. It is maybe too tight, I think a XXL might have been a better fit. Seems to be well made. Sizing is off. On their actual website I checked their measurements. Went with a small. I should have gotten and XS. I am 5’10” 160 pounds but am muscular and have a naturally small waist. Should have definitely gone with an XS. No compression on the small for me due to it being to big. I do however like how it fits on my body with how it goes up around the back etc. This one may be good for sleeping in. So it won’t be to tight. I have been waist training for years so sleeping in them doesn’t bother me at all. Will purchase in an XS if available. ... show more
