Finally found a trainer Perfect for my short toroso and it doesn't cut into my groin area while sitting like some of my corsets. The only challenge was getting it zipped up because I have noone to assist me 😅;the solution was to put it on upside down to start training it. When I wasn't wearing it I put it on a mannequin torso I own. After about a week it's much easier to zip-right side up. I've owned this waist trainer a few weeks and only on the first row but now I plan to start sleeping in it. It is comfortable and I'm looking forward to moving to row 2. For reference I'm 5'4" 160lbs my waist is 38" w/o trainer (including the dreaded pooch 🤪) and 34" on the first row with the trainer. I hope this helps someone. I rarely comment on products from Amazon, but had to on this one. I'm on a weight loss journey and have lost 50 pounds so far. I'm 5'1. 145 pounds. So I am very short with a small torso. It is hard to find waist shapers that fit and are comfortable. I bought a size medium. I liked that as I wore the item I could make it smaller and the zipper made it easy to keep everything nice and tight. The material wasn't oppressive so I could workout in it too. I've had it less than 3 weeks and the zipper broke while I was wearing it. Not even working out but around the house. I chose this waist shaper based on other reviews and that it had all the features I wanted which I could not find in more expensive designs. Plus, that shouldn't matter anyways. This company is selling a garment that they advertise can be worn everyday even while exercising. I do recommend if you are trying to shape your waist that you find a product like this with hook and eyes and a zipper...just one made properly. ... show more
