The shape wear itself fits amazing I went through read all the reviews and went off those I weigh 191 lbs and I'm 5 feet 5 I purchased a large and it fits perfect my self esteem went up like thirty points immediately but after wearing for like a hour the straps were rubbing and digging into me so I tried multiple times to adjust them but the straps are just uncomfortable I did notice that the straps come completely off so I'm purchasing a thinner more comfortable strap today and am gonna give that a try if I don't forget I will come back and let you k on how it worked other then that this shapewear is phenomenal I'm not giving up on the straps yet..lol ... show more

I had an extended tummy tuck with lipo 12 days ago and the surgical compression garment I got from the surgeon was to big after he took all the skin off. I wore it for maybe 4-5 days and it just wasn’t giving me the compression that I needed to keep the swelling down. I found this, I was nervous about buying it but am so glad I did. it makes me butt look round and better shaped while also giving me high compression that I need. I can move, bend down, stand up everything in this and don’t feel uncomfortable. it is very tight (compression) and does take time to get used to. For reference I am 5’7 & weigh 185lbs . I ordered a large. When I received it was nearly packaged. The quality was beyond what I expected. It was easy to put on and smoothed everything out and gave my butt a lift. I had ordered a similar shapewear that had shorts which was WAYY to tight on my thighs even when I sized up. This one worked out much better for me, the only downside are the clasps on the bottom , after some time they become uncomfortable. There was not much of a stretch which makes sense so if you’re looking to have extra room I would recommend you size up. ... show more

I've worn Diva Curves (3X) and Leonisa (4X) shapewear in the past. Those shapewear pieces cost $100+ and lasted over 4 years. This ShaperX garment was size 2X and the fit was perfect. I do mean perfect: My proportions are 5'7", 207 lbs., Chest is 47 inches, bust is 38I, waist 38 1/2 inches, hips 48 1/2 inches. The cost was less than half. That's why I decided on ShaperX. There are differences which I consider important: (1) The midriff is compressed tightly, but the stomach is not and that's where it's needed mostly with me, and (2) The crotch opening in Diva Curves and Leonisa is a slit opening which I prefer as opposed to a snap opening in the ShaperX. This will help my thick sisters: I am 5’8. 200. I ordered the medium and it was a perfect fit. I usually wear XL or sz 15 in juniors. Size 12 in women. The only con is that if you have a bigger booty, the elastic leg bands have to be properly placed or it’ll put a line mark in your rear.

So I’m 5’5”, 167 lbs, I’m apple shaped with an apron belly, also a c section mom x3, AND I have lost almost 120lbs this year.. so yeah I GOT SKIN FOR DAYSSS I wanted to try this because I’m not sure when I’ll have the funds for skin removal and wanted to have more options with clothes. I got a medium (pictured) and I got a Large as well (not pictured) The medium was a little difficult to get into not going to lie but after it was on it didn’t feel too bad. The problem like a lot of people have is the extra skin/fat has to go somewhere and this shapewear does not go up high enough to keep your under arm skin/fat tucked in so you kind of pill over the sides. I think with a decent push-up bra that kind of sucks your sides in, it would work but as soon as I sat down while wearing the shapewear I knew I would never be able to wear it out. That, plus a conforming push up bra would literally be torturous and I wouldn’t be able to breathe let alone dine out or have drinks, etc. which the whole point of having shapewear is so you can get dressed up to go out (for me at least) I also tried on the large which fit a little better but it didn’t really make me look any thinner and it kind of just smoothed everything over which didn’t necessarily flatter my body and made me look more pregnant than just floppy if that makes sense. That was my issue even 100 pounds ago, but I thought after losing so much I might not have that problem. This will definitely work for some people and it’s all in how you’re shaped, the desired look youre going for/ and what you’re willing to go through for that aesthetic. Unfortunately I am a basic B and will choose comfort (and breathing) every time. Just keep in mind that shapewear is not a miracle worker and extra skin/fat has to go somewhere! ... show more

Love the shape wear, not that comfortable if you have thick thighs. It will ride up and gets rolled up even with the stuff they put to stop it from rolling. It fits nice, but if you're postpartum you might wanna go a little smaller than usual for bloating. I will probably order a smaller one soon because I've lost so much water weight. This shapeware was perfect for controlling my tummy and my back. It was very comfortable. I forgot I had it on. Snaps underneath made going to the bathroom easy. I could have gotten away with a large if I wanted to cinch the waist in more but it likely would have been less comfortable especially while dancing! ... show more
