    • Well, that didn't work.
When I received these lipsticks they were falling out of the tub. Some of them were smooshed on the lid of the lipstick while others would just completely pop out. I don't know if it was just the formula or the lipstick production itself. I just couldn't keep them. As for the colors many of them do not match the stickers they have and are much lighter than pictured. They all very on the pink, orange, and purple spectrum of colors when I was expecting reds. I would like to say I would buy them again but I am too disappointed in my first impression to do so. I have just returned the lipsticks and hope that the company can do something to make the product better. ... show more

If you're looking for the reds that are in the picture, then I wouldn't get this product. However, the pinks, purples, and variations of "nude" are very nice. The lipstick goes on smooth and has just the slightest shimmer in the lighter colors. Of course not all of them work with me personally, but they're all beautiful. I just wish there were reds like in the picture. I was a bit disappointed, but the product still deserves 4 stars for the quality. As for everyone who keeps saying their lipsticks came in broken, well I'm not sure what to tell you. Either your mailman just threw it on the street and ran over it, or you broke it. The box this came in was rattling around the package, and I was a little afraid they would break. In fact I actually shook the package violently just to see if they would break. I wasn't too worried since repairing lipstick is pretty easy. Yeah, nothing broke...at all. Maybe its because it's cold outside so they were sort of frozen, but who in their right mind would order lipstick through the mail when it's hot outside? What I'm saying is, have common sense. Also if you're a fan of pink, purple, and beige lipsticks, this is the right thing for you. So about $1.25 per lipstick. Although there a a few that wouldn't be something I'd wear, that's to be expected. Not every shade of every color does well on everyone, but even if I give away half of them, which I won't, still a good price. The picture looks like most of the shades are nudes to warm colors, but to me most of the shades are in the cool spectrum, which suits me. Also, these are full-size lipsticks.     • "Broken" promises
I bought this because they were hypoallergenic, and they do go on smoothly and feel comfortable. However, as other comments have noted, several of them came broken off at the base. The first couple I tried were fine, and I was happy, but then I tried other shades and realized that even though they looked "OK", they were broken off at the base and fell apart when I tried to use it or got stuck in the top of the tube. Since I'd already started using them I figured I couldn't send them back, and am trying to mash them down into place and hope they re-fuse or at least remain usable. That part is so disappointing.     • I'm happy with the colors and smooth application.
I gave it a four star, because as some mentioned I found several that were loose in the tube. It was an easy enough fix to push the lipstick firmly against the grips at the bottom. There are many wonderful color choices, though some won't work for me, because of the color of my skin... example: I rarely if ever wear corral colors. But, there are many others to choose from. I love 12 and 07, and use others also. This lipstick slides on smoothly. It isn't like those 14 hours lipsticks, which give a lot of color stain, but are hard to put on. I use these over that one. I am very happy with this lipstick. I got it on black Friday for a pretty good price. But, honestly, if you love lipstick options, then this is a great way to go. Lipsticks in the store are upwards of 7 dollars.. so why not buy all these for a lot less per tube! Now all I need to get myself is a cute little way to carry my 3 or 4 favorite colors. :) ... show more
