These go on smooth, but become sticky if you don't let your lips dry separately. It also tends to smear and stain your face if you over apply. It is a delicate balance, but if done right, can last for quite a while. It's also pretty easy to scrub off. I liked how thin the matte lipstain is. You can layer it for additional color saturation. It's cheap, and not crappy! Hooray! I put some pics to try and show how it looks on olive toned skin like mine, but it doesn't show in pictures as well. The bottom line: the bright pink and light pink don't look good with my tone (light pink looked like concealer kind of) and the bright pink was just too bright for my skin. Why are lipsticks either pretty colors and bad formula or ugly colors and nice formula??? These are pretty shades but the formula sucks. Sticky peels pretty much unuseable unless you put a lip oil over it. Would not recommend unless you wear a gloss or oil over it everytime.
