It sharpens well and doesnā€™t break like some other budget-friendly pencils Iā€™ve used. The shade range is excellent, thereā€™s truly something for every lipstick in my collection. I use it both to outline and to fill in my lips, and it helps my lipstick stay put for hours with minimal touch-ups. Even on its own, it gives a nice matte finish that doesnā€™t feel drying. NYX LIPLINERS ARE A STAPLE IN ANY MAKEUP COLLECTION! I now own 11 different shades of these NYX lipliners alone (oops), but theyā€™re so worth it! I have no regrets, the price is amazing and they last forever! It took me almost a whole year to finish 1 lipliner, seeing as I use it almost every day; theyā€™re such great quality, easy to carry so the size isnā€™t an issue and they beat most high end liners for a fraction of the cost. Itā€™ll usually last me 12-14 hours a day and then Iā€™ll have to touch up, but that depends on whether or not you use a lip primer, lipstick, lipgloss, etc. I never feel like Iā€™m wearing it, itā€™s so light, yet effective and plumps my lips so well! I never gatekeep products to anyone and this is no different. Youā€™ll be doing yourself a favor by purchasing this lipliner. Thereā€™s a large selection of shades catered to all skin tones so you can find what works best for you and the swatches displayed online are quite accurate.     • Great Formula, But the Color Wasnā€™t What I Expected

This pencil is creamy, smooth, and super pigmented, it glides on easily without pulling and gives great color payoff. I also love that itā€™s not sticky or waxy, and it has a nice medium thickness, not too thin and not overly chunky, so you can really control your lines. It doesnā€™t have any strong scent, which I appreciate, no weird chemical or perfumey smell. It also wears well throughout the day. I didnā€™t notice much smudging unless I was eating something oily, so Iā€™d say itā€™s fairly smudge-resistant for a traditional pencil liner. The ā€œNaturalā€ shade, though, wasnā€™t what I expected based on the name and photo. It showed up a bit warmer and darker than I had in mind. Still a pretty shade, just not the subtle nude I thought I was getting. The pencil is standard size, easy to sharpen, and the quality feels solid overall, especially for the price.
