This item is very cheaply made, the shampoo basin is plastic, it's about 6 in too short. It needs to be anchored to the ground but there's no way to do that. I had a hard time getting it hooked up because of the size of the hot and cold water hookups. All in all not pleased at all. I will say the shampoo basin is large but it has a weird insert underneath where the clients head goes which makes it hard to get under there. I would not purchase again. ... show more

The assembly instructions are a little confusing. The chair should have been a little higher or a platform for it to reach sink level if you are using it for home you. Hoses should have been longer. Should have had a rinse hose that connects easily to a kitchen sink. Overall it's a nice chair.
