The media could not be loaded. This thing is just beautiful. I don't know how the color would do long term but we'll wait and see. This is not something you can install yourself. My plumber charged me $250 to install this. Because he had to cut the wall open and add new piping, which he connected to the shower lines. If I knew it would be so much to install, I wouldn't have bought it. But the end result makes me very happy. ... show more

Beautiful brass finish matches what I was looking for. However after assembly the product leaked from multiple places. The seam at screw on nozzle head I was able to fix by replacing both o-rings with thicker ones and pipe dope on the metal threads for good measure. Then I noticed some droplets forming at pinholes near the base of the handle. Poor welding of the threaded section to the body handle! Also it appears to leak also out the front of the nozzle. Reading other reviews this likely will get worse over time. I do not recommend wasting money or your time installing to find out if you happened to get a lucky non-leaking unit. Expect better quality. Buying on Amazon has become a game of roulette where the odds are against you. ... show more

My contractors installed this directly into the wall during a bathroom remodel - and about 10 uses in the head started leaking. I am now looking to find a new head. The valve was exactly what I needed and functions well - so no complaints there. Installation instructions were very clear and was provide with extra washer and Plummer tape. I was able to install in 30 minutes. The bidet worked very well for 6 months.
