This rug was the perfect size and matched the image perfectly. It's super fluffy and fits so well in my game room. It was in a vacuum sealed package, so it might take a couple days for it to get as fluffy as the picture shows it to be. It also had a slight chemical scent to it, I figured it was from the packaging but the scent cleared up overnight so it wasn't too bad. Day 1 for me it still had a great amount of soft fluffiness, I just kept running my hands and feet across it to help fluff it up more the next couple days. It comes with sticky tabs to keep the corners of the rug from popping up and tripping you, should you be placing the rug on hardwood floors or laminate. (Though they don't feel super sticky, so I may switch it out with a stronger tacky tab at a later time, but for now it gets the job done.) Cleans very easily too and all I needed was a damp cloth, overall I feel the quality is lovely and it was a decently priced rug.

It’s soft fluffy and full, just not sure how long it will last. This serves as an accent rug in my teenagers room and after a few months it’s holding up pretty well, no shedding. When It arrived it was super flat, I just took it out of the bag and shook it to get it fluffy. No need for a dryer. I have not and do not plan to ever put this rug in my washing machine. I just shake it out and it looks good as new. Disclaimer: We have no furniture placed on this rug, we are a no-shoes-in-the-house kind of family and we do not have pets. If you have pets, heavy traffic or plan to place this under furniture, your experience may be different from ours.

I love love love this rug!!! Shaggy and soft felt. My toddler can lay on it and play. Better than the hard floor. Looks beautiful in our living room and it’s huge. Smells normal. It’ it’sa little pricy to me but the quality of the rug it’s worth it! It’s not easy to clean if wet stuff gets on it like juice. Oh and our dachshund, shepherd, and Russell/whippet love it!

This rug is being marketed as “ultra soft,” “fluffy,” and “plush,” and that is simply not an accurate representation of what actually arrives. The photos and description create the expectation of a thick, full, cozy shag rug, but what showed up is noticeably thin, flat, and lacking the density you would expect from something described this way. The biggest issue is the visual misrepresentation. The product images make it look full and luxurious, with deep pile and a soft, elevated texture. In reality, the fibers are sparse and compressed, and even after giving it time to settle, it never comes close to the appearance shown online. It looks more like a lightly textured mat than a true shag rug. That gap between expectation and reality is not small, it is significant. There is also a clear difference in how it feels versus how it is advertised. “Ultra soft” and “plush” suggest a certain level of comfort underfoot, something cushioned and substantial. This rug does not deliver that. It lacks the thickness and support that would make it feel cozy in a living room or bedroom setting. This is a very nice soft rug. Does move around when you walk on it. The big down side is you can't vacuum it! The vacuum will suck up the plush material and hardly work, or just stop and that's on the highest setting.
