I was able to hang these myself. The clips were very tight and I needed to flatten them a little before hanging. But once I did that - they clipped in easily. I really love the look of these. Easy to raise and lower.

If you are on the fence about these, hop over and buy. So worth it. I originally bought these for my kitchen after a recent remodel and loved them so much I bought for whole house. They came out great! Eady install. Hardest part was the super long ones for the living room and dining room that requires 2 people. Otherwise easy to do with one person. Gives great sunlight while maintaining privacy. Standing on the sidewalk outside my house you can't see anything. At night with lights on you only see a shadow.
