I wanted privacy without feeling enclosed, these blinds are great. They are easy to install and they give me privacy and let in light, so I don’t feel enclosed. I can adjust them to filter out the sun or have them let more light in. The quality is very nice, I feel they are a little stiff when changing the position of blinds, but could be because I don’t usually open or close them. I really like the blinds. It was very easy to set up. I used 4 of the mounting brackets instead of all 6 that came with the blind. I wanted to make sure it was secure because the blind is 99” long. The blind isn’t a blackout because there’s about 1/4” separation between the front and back. I was wanting a blind to keep the glare out of our picture window, not total blackout. The pull chain is very smooth. I’m not sure about the life of it with being plastic. I thought it was going to be made of aluminum like you find in hotels. My only “want” would be that the bottom roller bar would be the same color as the blind instead of being beige. Overall it’s great and was amazed at how quickly it arrived. I ordered it on Tuesday and received it on Friday from the factory in Turkey. ... show more

I initially had an installation issue where I thought the c-shape brackets were too small. I spent hours trying to get the blinds to snap in but they wouldn't. I contacted customer service and sent them the pics attached to this review. They pointed out that I was trying to snap it on the wrong side of the frame. I only needed to turn the frame 90 degrees and it snapped right in. There are only 2 sides of the frame where you can snap into the brackets and I unfortunately chose the wrong side first. The color I chose was white. They are a soft white. I would have preferred a creamy white but it was not available in my size. Installation was a breeze. Adjusting the blinds cordlessly is something I'll need to get used to. I would have preferred a cord but the difference in price was a factor. Pulling it down is fine, but going back up is strange, not as smooth as I'd like. The "slats" don't quite line up, but for this price, we'll deal with it. Overall we love the way they look, especially from the street. We've been using curtains until these got installed. It's great to have light seeping through in the morning instead of the dreary dark room we've been waking to. I'm looking forward to getting some for my living room. ... show more

I have a front picture window that is difficult to find blinds for, and because it's so wide any typical, standard kind of blind is also pretty HEAVY. Saw mention of "zebra blinds" and was fascinated enough to research and then purchase these. They entirely fit the bill for me. When open, I get plenty of light and yet, somehow, people still can't really see IN, to my den, though I can easily see out -- which is PERFECT. Loved the blinds so much I've ordered more, and plan to eventually order more to replace some standard faux wood blinds which -- as we all know -- the slats or those are dust magnets. Install was easy, even me working by myself and with the wider length. One word of advice is to install the brackets as close to the front edge of the window opening as possible -- if you go back further it makes the blind part difficult to insert, a lesson I learned on the first install. I DID have one smaller unit that arrived with a cracked end cap, I reached out to the company with a photo and a request for a replacement part, and they shipped it super fast and free. Very satisfied. I've had guests who don't seem to realize these are not traditional slat blinds until I point it out to them, even had one guest recently have to get up and go finger them, she didn't believe me. Durability wise, I've had mine up for several years now, not a problem at all. ... show more

I was a little hesitant not getting to see these in person. But they couldn't be more perfect. I went with two smaller sizes for a 72" window, because I wanted to be able to have the ability to open them at different heights. But they look great from inside AND outside the house.
