I purchased these shades for 10+ windows in my home. Overall, they were relatively easy to install after watching the YouTube video--the included paper instructions weren't very specific or helpful. The only thing I really had an issue with was getting the shades to snap into the brackets, which took quite a bit of force. The good thing is that I'm relatively confident they won't accidentally come unsnapped. One other minor issue is that it is really difficult to get some of the shades to stay unrolled to the length that I want--they tend to retract on their own. I tried following the trouble shooting tips of rotating the gear in the top right corner, but all that seems to do is retract or unroll the shade--it doesn't seem to do anything to the tension, which is what needs to be adjusted. Perhaps there is a trick to it that I haven't yet figured out? The shades, overall, though, look really nice and I am pleased with the outcome. One warning, though--the listing notes that the shades can be installed from top, side, and end--this is inaccurate. They can only be installed from the top no matter whether inner mount or outer mount--end and side mounting are not doable at all. This was disappointing as I have three windows that are arch-style. Thus, I'll have to reorder a larger size shade and do an outer mount which I wasn't wanting to do. ... show more

I knew I wanted these blinds. Went to stores to shop prices. I have 5 windows in my FL house. Just 5. It would have costed easily over $1500 for this 5. Found these on here and so glad I did. Building a new home 3 months away will follow up with reviews on these blinds. Bought 7 of the cordless in white. Boxs all beat up not a lot to protect them. I did take them out of the box and held them over the windows and some wanted to roll up a inch are 2 by themself. Not 100% sure about these just yet S&L. ... show more

I was able to hand these myself. The clips were very tight and I needed to flatten them a little before hanging. But once I did that - they clipped in easily. I really love the look of these. Easy to raise and lower.

I love the pull down feature. Lightweight, beautifully handcrafted and you canโ€™t beat the price. Update- I love them and they are somewhat easy (with a little muscle to snap them in) but is there a trick to uninstall them? We wanted to move one over and for the life of me I canโ€™t unsnap them

I absolutely love my gray zebra blinds. They really do set off the livingroom. Many compliments. Only reason didn't give 5 stars is because the mounting brackets did not come with the blinds and I had to turn around and spend another $26.00 to buy them separately.

They are great but this one in particular came incomplete and broken. We had to buy the extra peaces that where missing and we had to changed the broken peace with extra we had from other shades. I think someone bought it and returned it without everything. You guys need to check when things are returned. ... show more
