Update.. I love this bed so much I bought a second one for my boyfriends house. Not a noise, squeak or creak out of it. If you're wanting an inexpensive sturdy frame, this one is great!. So I am starting this out with a 4 due to it being a bit of a handful for one person. Also, after putting it together, I like everything except the wood and velcro pieces that support the mattress. That said, I haven't slept on it yet, so I will update as time passes. It does seem pretty sturdy. It is lower than a traditional frame, so if you have issues getting up and down, I wouldn't advise it. The fabric is nice. There are a couple of seams on the back of the headboard that aren't the prettiest, but it is the back and I'm not fretting over it for the price. I'm pleased so far. ... show more

Frame is strong and sturdy! I love this frame! Almost easy to assemble except the last part to attach which is the head board, screws didn't fit had to use some I had. My little dogs are getting old and having a hard time getting up and down off my bed. I also had no bed frame and my bed was 10 years so I decided black Friday was a good time to get a new bed and frame to lower my bed height. It is really low and a harder to get out of bed now but I'm still happy with my purchase. I assembled it by myself easily. Says that it will hold 800 lbs but I don't believe that. It's sturdy but not made of real hard wood and mattress goes on slats that are pretty thin. All in all it is a nice frame for the price. Looks good. Bed sits inside the frame a bit so putting sheets on is a little more work ... show more

***UPDATE AFTER 1 YEAR OF USE*** We are getting rid of this piece of junk. The slats are cheap and break. Lots of plastic and the hardware is not meant to last. After only 1 year, we are having to purchase a new bed. Do not waste your money! Original review right after assembly: Know that it is lower to the ground than the advertised images makes it seem. Just know, it is VERY LOW to the ground. Assembly is not fun! Plan on 2 people and 3-4 hours easily. A small drill would be helpful, but is not necessary since they send you all of the parts. This will make you cuss, but hang in there. (Ask for forgiveness later lol.) We have assembled lots of furniture. This one is trickier with all of the many parts. It gets easier though. The instructions are so-so. There are TWELVE STEPS! Trust me, you will count down after each step!!! Step One and Two are the hardest to comprehend, but once you lay it out it will start to make sense. After you get the first side done, you simply replicate the same thing on the other side. This has LOTS OF PARTS! They ship long pieces in long boxes anyway. Why can’t they ship it mostly assembled?? CHEAP. They can’t make it that easy. Good luck. Grab your knee pads, water bottles, and patience! Your fingers will be sore from tightening the MANY, MANY parts! A small drill will help save your fingers, but they include manual labor tools that will work. This might take a beginner 5-6 hours to assemble. Make sure you start early in the day. Hoping to sleep like a baby after all of this! It looks good. It feels sturdy. Only time will tell if it was worth it. We are happy with the end result though. The media could not be loaded. The bed is beautiful. I only have two issues with this bed. The first one is that I had to go on you tube to figure out how to assemble the bed the instructions that come with it are horrible. The second one is that in the picture it doesn’t look like the bed is so low to the ground. My mom is short and if you look at the picture she struggles to get out of bed because of how low it is. Other than that ones you figure out how to put it together it is fairly easy to assemble and looks very beautiful. Definitely can not put more than one mattress to make it higher ... show more

The frame is okay. The wood slabs given to you kept falling out from underneath the mattress which had me waking up on a caved in mattress, that caused discomfort. I ended up getting a new wood slab panel that fit within the frame and I glued those down with wood glue to help with movement. I highly suggest doing that ... show more

Great bed for the money. This checked off all the items I needed, low profile (this thing is slammed) with a headboard, just like I wanted. It’s just high enough for the robovac to clean under. Took another reviewer’s great recommendation and got the bunkie boards, not necessary, but really adds a lot of stability, especially at the head and foot. The headboard is a bit delicate, you’re not going to be able to use this in any extracurricular activities, but it provides a fine base for a pillow at a great angle for tv. Paired this w the Zinus 12” green tea King and it couldn’t be a better fit. Original shipment had a broken headboard, the seller promptly replaced. Great support. ... show more
