The media could not be loaded. Took about 1 1/2 hours to assemble while tired. Feels soft. Very tall and sturdy. While building already had 2 of my cats try to get in and on. It is definitely a larger tree. It is really nice. My three cats love it. It seems well built. One of them destroyed the little toys already but oh well. Where we have it can't be permanent it needs relocated due to it being so large.
