Got my Chromebook for years. Recently it become very lag and slow. Need a replacement but I don’t want to spend thousands dollars on . Tried the dell from best buy for days . Battery life way too bad compare my previous Chromebook . Return and try Amazon . I am glad I found it . Long battery life with top notch CPU . I have use it for almost a month . Smooth and not over heating like the one I returned from Best Buy . Trackpad are nice keyboard feel amazing good not cheap plastic . Only cons I might think of is the port is not so many . Definitely hub is a must to get . But compare thousands dollar laptop . This is very bang the buck . Love it ... show more

For some reason they decided it was a good idea to put a big piece of tape with printing about charging it right across keyboard buttons when taking tape off it took the tab button off,it would not go back on,so sending it back

Computer didn't even last five (5) months. Don't waste your money with this brand (SGIN), or even buy electronics on Amazon. They offer no help, no support and no assistance. This was a very affordable monitor that works incredibly well, very useful, All the needed cables were included. The screen quality and color are solid. It’s not overly heavy if you needed to travel with it. Just a really get this. And price is very good.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this laptop for leisure use - browsing the internet, streaming videos, etc. It’s super easy to set up, very easy to use, and it moves fast. Great product for the price.
