This computer was bought for a new employee. Her first time using it was outside of the return window and on that 1st time the computer started blinking to a black screen. Being a small business owner, I have not had the resources to purchase her a new one. She has to deal with the blinking screen and only work when the screen allows her to.     • Battery won’t hold a charge
I read a review that said the battery won’t hold a charge, but other reviews said it was a good computer so I went ahead and bought it. I did not like it from day one. The built in mouse is too sensitive and the cursor is always jumping all over the place. After three months of minimal use, the battery wouldn’t hold a charge. After four months, the battery has died and the computer won’t even work when plugged in. That’s it. It’s dead. There you go…$385 wasted. Can’t even find SGIN to order a replacement battery! If you buy this laptop, which you shouldn’t, be sure to get the warranty and be prepared for the hassle of using it. ... show more

LOve the screen and keyboard. Hate the slow, slow start- sometimes 4 to 5 minutes. It nevre started for two days while the sign "Intel Inside" sign just twirled.on he screen, Very frustating after only 3.5 months.

The media could not be loaded. I don't have alot of extra income and was excited to find a decent computer for a okay price, but have only had the computer 5 months and it is glitching so bad I can use it. Bought this for my daughter in June for her birthday to use for college in August. She played a game on it here and there, but didn’t really put it to use until school started. The battery sucks. Don’t waste your money. You can’t even use it for an hour without the battery dying. What a waste! The return time frame is only 30 days… so basically I bought a piece of crap that we can’t ever use because it dies so quickly. I can’t return it or get any money back either. I’ve never been more disappointed in an item I have purchased. I love Amazon and do a lot of orders, and normally they have great return policies and make returns super easy. Unfortunately this item falls short. For real-learn from my misfortune and DONT BUY THIS!! Now I have to go and buy another laptop that actually works and runs. Ugh!! ... show more
