I wanted tablet that I could to do setup and monitoring for my astronomy gear with ease. I had one and it worked great for monitoring, but it wasn't responsive enough to use when using RDP and Sharpcap for polar alignment. I didn't want to spend a ton of money for an overpriced tablet and this one had great specs. I was skeptical so when it arrived I ran a system check and it was to spec for RAM, CPU and storage. I installed the Windows RDP app to connect to my mini computer on my telescope and it worked fine. It was responsive enough to run and setup all programs for my astronomy gear. I also decided to try game emulation software on it to see how that would work. It works great with Retroarch and played all NES, SNES and aracade (MAME) games fine with a bluetooth controller. I also installed Netflix, Hulu and a few other other astronomy apps. I also installed a micro SD card to see how that would go and it great. This is a great value for the price. After several years our little girls Fire Tablet quit charging. Of course we were heartbroken and immediately started shopping for a new one. We were lucky enough to find this gem on sale during a Labor Day sale. It has a large screen, a pretty pink protective case, and was so easy to set up. It has great parent controls and comes loaded with lots of games. You will need internet access to play the games so keep that in mind. All in all we are really pleased with our purchase. I bought this tablet a few weeks ago for my 18 month old son and he loves it. I just needed something he could watch videos on so that he wasn’t fighting over his 3yr old sister’s tablet. For the price and specs it's not bad at all. Cant match my 8gb LGV60 in app start or run, but i have it mostly for videos and kids’ homework. 128gb storage means plenty apps and added anoyher 128gb on the SD makes it more than enough for now. Plan is to drop movies on the SD as we travel long routes to visit relatives and the kids spend most time watching cartoons without the need for hot spot or no signal areas. Build is not the best, thin cheap plastic as back cover but nothing that a case and screen protector won't solve. ... show more

Bought this for my 6yr old grandson. Set up was easy and allowed him to use the tablet out of the box. He and his older brother fought over who was getting it - though his older brother already has a school computer. They loved the picture quality for games and the touch. Got two of these for my daughter's. They were on sale greatly so we gave them a try and are so glad. Love the look of them and the case with the handle! Seems to be very durable. My oldest loves the kidszone and all the games! I love I can set up parental controls!
