Oh my goodness, what an absolute piece of garbage. It is so very slow, clunky and you can tell it is cheap. i lost my ASUS laptop due to the grand kids visiting and breaking the screen while playing around I decided to purchase this as it was inexpensive (& i don't do anything hard with it -just watch you tube how to videos, hulu movies, emails and basic web browsing) It is super "Clunky" and the wifi web connections are 5x slower then my old ASUS it constantly is blank screen loading, it glitches where it just blinks out and no mouse usable for minutes at a time while trying to figure out what to do just about every other time I click the touch to access a link it throws the mouse courser across the screen This is a CHEAP CRAPPY laptop, good for use if you cant afford anything better, but otherwise a piece of CRAP- If you can afford a better one - DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS GARBAGE ... show more

Our kid needed a computer in a pinch after his broke in college. Limited budget, a perfect purchase. Mainly needed for typing notes, writting papers, internet searches. Works great, processes quickly. No issues, great product for the money.

    • Screws keep falling out.
I've had this thing for a little over a month and a half. Two days in, I noticed some of the screws holding the back on had fallen out. I figured it shook in transport, so I just screwed them back in and made sure all of them were tight. Recently, I noticed that five of them had worked themselves out again and disappeared. I've been at home the entire time. No long trips, no excess shaking. Just really bad design I guess. I'm having a hard time contacting SGIN for warranty support, so I guess going cheap is really going to burn me this time. Recommend finding a more reputable manufacturer. ... show more
