This is the worst computer I’ve ever used. Trackpad and mouse don’t work and you can’t do anything quickly. Laggy. Feels like cheap plastic toy.

I bought this 15.6" SGIN and I was surprised how well it works. It starts up fast thanks to the SSD, brings enough RAM to work without obstacles and the processor performance is perfect for daily tasks such as Office, navigation, video calls and remote work. The screen has good quality and the design is light, ideal for moving it from one place to another. The battery lasts several hours without a problem, and the equipment arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. For those who need a cheap but complete laptop, this is a very good option. Totally recommended.

I have two major issues with this laptop. First is the sound. It is horrible. I have to hold the laptop to my ear to hear anything. And what I hear is not clear...grainy/gravely even. I checked all the settings and contacted Techqueries, which is mentioned on a slip that came with the laptop. They asked if there were any booster sound options. When I listened to a video on Youtube, there is an option to boost the sound. I could hear slightly better, but still not great. But when I listen to any other videos on any other site, the sound is horrible. I ear fine if I plug in an external speaker, but I shouldn't have to do that with a new laptop. I almost always sit with the laptop in my lap, so it's less comfortable to have an external speaker attached. Second is the placement of the touchpad. Rather than being centered on just the keyboard, it is placed in the middle of the entire width of the laptop. So, I keep pressing incorrectly. If you look at other name-brand laptops, the touchpad is centered on just the keyboard, which makes sense, since my hands are normally on the alphabet and not the ten-key pad. The processor in this laptop isn't bad. It's middle-of-the-road. The blue exterior is nice change from the normal silver on other laptops. It also comes with Windows 11 Pro and Office 365, which is a bonus. But...the sound and placement of the touchpad are two issues I can't ignore. Based on these two issues, I'll be returning the laptop.
