I ordered a Medium, and I'm 4'11"", 34B, and 103lbs, and the skirt was tight around the waist. A large would have fit comfortably, but I'm not returning it because it's really cute, something fun for nighttime "activities". I can possible expand the elastic band in the back of the skirt.
