It definitely fits a little weird. Had to alter the neck part to fit because it was too loose and underwear comes up high disproportionately. I really like the garter part though! As long as I wear the thigh garters a little higher than usual they fit fine. The waist didn’t need altering for me. I’m 5’4” and somewhere around 125-130 pounds for reference. I ordered a size small.

I ordered the medium. Im 38 c cup, 130 pounds. The panties were huge and fit as though they were an xl. The top fits perfect, small would not have fit in the top. Leg straps are adjustable. Neck piece was right there at perfect fit,not to loose or to tight. The chains are removable for washing in a delicates bag ,or pillow case on gental cycle.
