I picked this up for my nephew who’s been really curious about sewing lately, and I was honestly surprised at how simple it was to get going. We had everything we needed right out of the box, from the scissors and thread all the way to a handy little kit with extra needles and buttons. The machine itself is light and easy to move, which was great since we set it up at the kitchen table, then moved it to his room without any hassle. He got the hang of the foot pedal pretty quickly, but you can also use it without, which is nice for beginners. What I liked most is that it doesn’t feel like a toy, but it isn’t intimidating either. We ran a few practice stitches on some scrap fabric (there was even a piece already on the machine from the factory test) and then started working on an old pillowcase that needed fixing. My nephew was proud of himself and I felt good knowing he was actually learning a real skill.

I used this portable sewing machine regularly and it doesn’t take up much room, and the little sewing table that came with it makes things easier. I recently ordered this Sewing Machine for Beginners. It is a great start for sewing. I have little to no experience. I wanted a machine that is easy to use and light. I also wanted a machine with enough features to help me improve. This machine has everything I need. The 12 built-in stitches are good for simple projects. They are useful for hemming, clothes repairs, and small crafts. I like the reverse sewing feature. It helps to make seams strong and stop unraveling. The machine is easy to use. The controls have clear labels. The threading system is easy too. It did not frustrate me like other machines did. The machine is not big, and it is light. I can move it easily or store it away. It is good if you do not have a special sewing area. Even if it is small, it feels strong. It works well with most simple fabrics. This sewing machine is great for learning. I have finished a few beginner projects. I look forward to trying more projects. If you are new to sewing or need a good and portable machine for simple tasks, this machine is a good and cheap choice.

I love this sewing machine! I am new to sewing and wanted to learn but other sewing machines were either too complicated, too bulky, or too pricey but this one is perfect for me. It’s easy to use, threading the needle and setting it up is no hassle and it is also portable and lightweight. It makes minimal noise and I was able to use it in my dorm room with no complaints. Ever since getting it, I have saved money on buying new clothes since I can sew and alter any clothing items that I need. The extension table that it comes with is great, I never feel overwhelmed that I am sewing incorrectly because I can smoothly lay out my clothes without worry that it is wrinkled and I am messing my stitch up.
