- Black nylon wrap The handle carries a textured black nylon wrap grippy, wipes clean, and needs no breaking in, which matters on cues that get handed round a room.
- The weight drops with the length 12.5 oz at 36" up to 19 oz at 52". That is what makes it a set rather than a pile of cut-down sticks: a 36-inch cue still weighing 19 ounces would be nose-heavy and awkward exactly where you wanted it to help.
- Built like a full-size cue, only shorter 5/16x18 stainless steel joint, 13mm glued leather tip, white ABS ferrule and rubber bumper: the same fittings that go on a 58-inch cue, not scaled-down substitutes. Canadian hard rock maple shaft and butt throughout, two-piece, so it breaks down for storage like any other cue.
