  • COWHIDE LEATHER GRIP AND REFINED FINISH Finished with a cowhide leather wrap, the cue offers a secure anti-slip grip and a comfortable in-hand feel during extended sessions. • Amazing Starter Affordable Carbon Fiber Cue
Color: 005 yellow
I've had this cue and played with it for two years now. This is what I learned and how this will help anyone considering buying this cue. +/- I've used other low deflection shafts such as the Revo & Cynergy. You should not expect this cue to have as low deflection as those. When using English with this shaft, you are mainly using BHE (back hand english) as opposed to the revo/cynergy you are mainly using FHE (front hand English.) The good part about this cue however is bridge length is perfect for just using BHE on medium power shots which makes using English for this cue really easy! - The hard tip if you don't like hard tips is a downside, however it was really easy to switch the tip to a kamui medium for me. + I love the wrap, but I wish they had an extended version as I normally hold closer to the but of the cue. The feel of the finish and the wrap however is great feel and there is no signs of deterioration after two years. +/- The actual shaft is not as smooth as a revo, however using a glove you should be fine. It is way smoother than most wood shafts. - I wish there was a version of the shaft with a white vault plate + The sound and feel of the shots is great with a now tip, unlike the revo + The shaft comes with a replaceable but so you can easily put on their extensions. TLDR: Overall this shaft is amazing if you are trying to get into low deflection carbon fiber shafts at an affordable price. It was amazing for these two years, however I will be upgrading to Predator as I have saved up for the more expensive option. ... show more

  • Black Beauty
the cue has features only found in more expensive cues - the cue is beautiful, straight and great craftsmanship - ebony is the hardest wood in the world and sure polishes up nice - there are cues more flashy, but flash isn’t what improves your game, I’m very pleased

  • Great Cue, Great Price
I really like this cue. Switching from a wooden shaft to carbon fiber was a great choice for my game. Its price point was the biggest factor in choosing this cue. The shaft is smooth in my hand with an open or closed bridge. Both with and without a glove on. I would definitely suggest this cue for anyone wanting to play carbon fiber. ... show more

  • Great value! Look no further.
Color: 005 yellow
For 300 bucks you won't find a better value. I was skeptical of the other reviews but was pleasantly surprised with how well this cue was out together. The joints were perfectly aligned and faced, which is usually not the case with cheaper cues. The cue rolled true, both shaft and butt together and seperate. The feel of the shaft is great. It does have slightly more "reverb" when doing a table top tap test. However, the deflection difference is neglegible compared to cynergy and McDermott defy shaft. If you are a beginner and want a carbon fiber cue, look no further. If you have played for a while and don't want to pay $400 bucks for a carbon fiber shaft that may not match up to your cues pin or diameter, look no further. If you just want another good value cue for your collection or friends to use, look no further. The few downsides to this cue are mostly cosmetic and feel. The tip appears to be leather and holds chalk. For many beginners the tip may be a little hard. I put new tips on every cue/shaft I purchase so this wasn't a big deal to me. I could use the tip on here without issue. More of a feel and confidence. The "leather" on the handle feels terrible to me. I have been spoiled with a McDermott leather cue, with genuine leather, that is by far my favorite material on any cue. If I didn't have that, I don't think the material on this cue would bug me as much. It is somewhat slick so may make a beginner want to grip harder. Don't think is any slicker than Irish linen or other materials though. Like many others have stated, I would have preferred a plain black cue over the cheap painted on "inlays." I don't mind value cues. I'm not a fan of value cues that try to LOOK like expensive cues. If authentic inlays aren't in the budget than wish manufacturers would just do away with designs. The first thing people look at when looking at other people's cues to determine if it is "cheap" or not, is whether inlays are real. ... show more

  • 1st Konllen
Plays great. this has more of a conical taper shaft[12.5 tip-6" down is 12.75mm- 12" down is 13mm] I'm used to a 13m reg shaft so it works good for me. I did want the 2.0 series w/straight taper, so I got one of those also. I shoot mostly bar leagues, this is plenty good for that.

  • Very nice pool cue.
Color: 010 black blue
Really nice pool cue, very accurate even for beginners. Comes with weight bolts if you want to feel it a little heavier. Original tip is really good for spins and draw shots. It feels good quality.

I'm a huge billiards enthusiast this carbon cue has tested the time of my frustrating matches. The shaft is smooth and lightweight, as any carbon stick should be.
