We were surprised by how heavy these were in a nice solid, sturdy way. We wanted them out by our fire pit for teens to gather and these are not only attractive but feel like they will stand the test of time. They are easy to put together although you may use your own tools rather than the ones that come with each chair. We highly recommend this product. We ordered them in black and are so pleased with the product that I am ordering two more (a total of 8) for our front porch. They also don't sit quite as low as some similar products so they are easier for aging parents to sit in.

This is an updated review. I bought two chairs and they are absolutely lovely and comfortable and very sturdy. But one had a problem with the back (screw holes were stripped). We tried to assemble it and use glue to hold screws in place, but it didn’t work. My only option appeared to be to disassemble and send back the busted chair, which I really did not want to do because of the hassle I wrote a bad review, and the company reached out immediately. At first they were going to send a new back (which I was great with!! So cool of them!) but then they just decided to send a whole new chair. I’m so excited because it means little hassle to me. I’m excited to have my pair of these chairs on my deck.

These chairs are very heavy and sturdy but the back support on both chairs were unattached and the screws stripped the material. I contacted the company and they suggested gluing the screws in but we needed to add new screws to hold it in place. We aren't happy about having to "fix" brand new chairs. Waiting to hear back from customer service. Update- customer service has sent us 2 new chairs but unfortunately they didn't have the same blue so we got grey. We love the grey chairs and they came in unscathed! I think our 1st 2 chairs got thrown around by USPS so that's why they came apart. Thank you Lily for holding up to the companies reputation! These chairs are very sturdy and won't blow over! The assembly needed a few holes added but all in all not hard to put together!

I purchased two of these chairs and found them relatively easy to put together. They look great and are very comfortable. I did end up with one issue after over a year with one of the chairs. I had a defect which caused an issue. When I contacted Serwall they were very responsive. They requested a photo of the issue and within 48 hours of my first email to them they had already shipped me a replacement chair. I truly appreciate a company which stands behind their products and is responsive in the event that something goes wrong. I will definitely purchase additional products from them in the future.

These chairs are great. The assembly was easy, and it came with all the tools needed. I ordered two and one arrived with a piece missing, but we contacted customer support, and they sent the missing piece right away. The chairs are very comfortable. My only comment would be that it doesn't feel as solid as the one I have made of solid wood. Not that it feels flimsy at all, it just seems to give a little in the seat, but not so much that I am concerned about it. I am happy with the purchase.
